Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very large, each with its own balcony, clean, and comfortable, equipped with all essentials in the kitchen. However, the main road facing the rooms made it noisy throughout the day and night.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a king-size bed for parents, clean landscaping, pools, and a nice view. The service is friendly and accommodating, but the lack of proper explanation about the all-inclusive package was a drawback. The location, with its two pools, pool bar, and beautiful palm trees, is lovely but the beach may not be ideal for swimming. The dining experience offers variety but could use improvement in certain areas.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with fantastic rooms offering great views of the beach and Isla Mujeres. Each room was spacious and featured its own balcony, although some faced the parking lot and street. The service was a mix of welcoming bellhops and pushy timeshare salespeople. The location, while beautiful and family-friendly, was a bit isolated from local attractions. Dining options were varied and included street food, but the facilities were just average.
